The TQ Source is a joint venture between Learning Point Associates and the Education Commission of the States. This online resource offers valuable information on fundamental issues of teaching quality, including teacher preparation as well as recruitment and retention. Within each of these teacher quality issues, the TQ Source provides four useful resources for fast, easy reference: (1) The interactive data tool permits analyses of local, state, and national trends. (2) The state policy resource provides policy information on all 50 states. (3) The publications database brings together summaries of the best available teacher quality research and publications. (4) The initiatives database supplies information on current initiatives and programs in the field of teacher quality.
