Cynthia Reeves is an education policy consultant working primarily in the areas of rural education, school improvement, and community involvement. Reeves holds an M.A. in Anthropology from the University of Kentucky, an M.A. in Economic Development from the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce at the University of Kentucky, and a B.A. in Political Science from DePauw University. She is working toward a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University of Kentucky.
