Vanderbilt International Institute for Principals

In its 14th year, the Vanderbilt International Institute for Principals offers 36 principals the opportunity for focused leadership development and problem solving, led by a nationally recognized faculty. It is open to elementary and secondary school principals from the U.S., Canada, and abroad. Topics include administrative problem solving, staff development and growth, the emerging roles of the principal, leadership and school culture, and school-based management.
