Need to Address the Problems of Resources

Pathways Home

In an effort to avoid this pitfall, leaders must work with the school team to realistically develop an action plan. The following worksheets were part of a team activity at North Division High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to address these concerns.

The North Central Regional Educational Laboratory was asked to facilitate an institute that would help the school restructure while encouraging an atmosphere of team building and collaboration. Lynn Stinnette, Sandra Kujawa and Robin LaSota, NCREL staff members, developed the activities to assist the faculty in focusing on their goals and what they would need to do to achieve them.
