OVERALL POSITIVE COMMENTS
- Enables us to use the team approach.
- Integrate what we are doing - to make more sense to students.
- Coordination districtwide is so beneficial.
- New teacher - give better insight on educational approach
at GL. Opportunity to meet and get to know staff and hear their
ideas.
- Portfolios - a better way to evaluate and really get to know
students' strengths.
- A way to develop curriculum and activities that are more essential.
- Chance to plan with others that probably would not otherwise
happen.
- Keeps me up-to-date on what is going on in the district...outside
my room.
- Allows time desperately needed to communicate with colleagues.
- Given the fact we are trying something new and trying to correct
many long-standing concerns, our first semester has really accomplished
a great deal. If we can take the suggestions for improvement and
work out the "kinks," it will be so effective.
