Useful Guidelines
The planning steps suggested in this Critical Issue are based in part upon a guidebook, Learning Through Technology: A Planning and Implementation Guide, which was created through a partnership between the North Central Regional Educational Laboratory, the Illinois State Board of Education, the Midwest Consortium for Mathematics and Science Education, and the technology demonstration sites funded by the Illinois State Board of Education. This guide is based on research from the demonstration sites and provides information to help schools develop, implement, and evaluate a technology plan.
