Assistance Web site
The Reading First Subgrant Technical Assistance Web site is designed to support state education agencies (SEAs) in the development of their competitive local subgrants. It contains resources and information that SEAs can use to efficiently administer the local education agency (LEA) grant process designed to construct strong reading programs for all children. This site is one of a series of supports provided by the U.S. Department of Education and is offered by its technical assistance provider, the North Central Regional Educational Laboratory (NCREL).
